New Release 'Love-Ish' from Christie Huff

On-the-rise country singer/songwriter Christie Huff encourages us to not be afraid to define our feelings with the release of a new single, “Love-Ish” today. Inspired by the feelings of the beginning stages of a relationship, Huff co-wrote “Love-Ish” alongside Mark Irwin and Aaron Eshuis.

Cause it’s love-ish / My heart’s pounding when I’m next to you If I’m honest / We’ve got something that I’d hate to lose“

“It wasn’t love yet, but the feeling was moving in that direction. It was just easy and maybe too soon to define it,” Huff shared in an interview with Country Now. “I got into the room with my co-writers, and I was telling them about a new relationship and said it’s not love, but it’s love-ish,” she added. “We then wrote what became ‘Love-Ish’, [and] this song to me is just how I see love – never wanting to leave a person because they bring you true happiness!”

Huff’s previous release, “Black and White” has over 3 million streams on Spotify and counting. The LA-Based singer/songwriter gains is inspired by Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt and Kacey Musgraves, and she has shared the stage with heavyweights including Jason Aldean, Kip Moore, Billy Currington, Bebe Rexha and more. She performed at The Mint in Los Angeles to celebrate the release of “Love-Ish” and has upcoming tour dates throughout 2020 which can be found on her official website.
